Prairie Engineers of Illinois, P.C. provided Land Surveying services for development of an ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey of the Alexander Lumber Company property in downtown Lincoln, Illinois. The subject property included three parcels located in three seperate subdivision blocks of the original town of Lincoln, Illinois.
Prairie Engineers surveying services included project control establishment, boundary research and determination, topographical surveying, utility investigation and JULIE member coordination, and plat development adhering to the ALTA/ACSM minimum standards.
In determining the boundary of the Alexander Lumber Company property, Prairie Engineers performed retracement of the Original Town of Lincoln subdivision, dated 1853, and the adjoining right of way of multiple streets, alleys, and the Union Pacific Railroad. In addition, improvements on the property were displayed in detail on the ALTA/ACSM survey plat including multiple buildings, loading docks, parking lots, sidewalks, entrances, and utilities.
