Kevin Flood recently joined our Keokuk, Iowa office as a Professional Land Surveyor. He is a 1985 graduate of Northeast Missouri State University (Truman State University) with a B.S. in Industrial Technology. Mr. Flood is a Professional Land Surveyor with licenses in Illinois, Missouri, and Iowa. He has over 35 years of experience in survey, design, and construction layout and observation. Kevin has served as project manager and lead surveyor on several large route survey projects for the Illinois, Iowa, and Missouri Departments of Transportation. In addition to route surveying, Kevin’s experience includes topographic surveys, right -of way and boundary surveys, hydraulic and bridge surveys, and ALTA/ASCM surveys. Kevin currently holds the elected position of County Surveyor in Clark County, Missouri and is a current member of the Missouri Association of Land Surveyors and the Illinois Professional Land Surveyors Association.
He lives in rural Northeast Missouri with his wife Donna. They are the parents of three daughters and grandparents of one grandson. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and collecting restoring Oliver tractors.
