Tammy Depke joined Prairie Engineers in 2019 as a Civil/Structural Engineer. As a project engineer, Tammy is experienced in all phases of various civil and structural engineering projects from preliminary design through construction. Her engineering experience includes road/highway design, bridge design, bridge repair details, building design, site design, hydraulic analysis, flood studies for FEMA map amendments and revisions, storm sewer design, storm water pollution prevention plan preparation, specification writing, proposals, estimating, shop drawing review, construction observation and management of projects. She also has six years of experience working as an engineering consultant in the commercial nuclear industry.
Tammy graduated from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science Degree in General Engineering in 1991, and a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering in 1992.
She and her husband live in rural Pike County with their children. Tammy enjoys spending time with family, gardening, and traveling to National Parks.
